Mother's Day

Our mother's day celebration started early this year. On Saturday afternoon we went over and worked in Steve's moms garden. Steve transplanted strawberry plants and put poison down some rat holes while I planted corn. Sadly we had to leave early, but we will go over another time and finish helping out.

One of the most exciting parts about it, is that our rhubarb plant is growing a lot of rhubarb! I'm so excited to eat it. It should be ripe in a few months, then I will be eating all the rhubarb my heart desires.

On Sunday we went down to a park in Provo canyon with Traci and Moo. We ate chicken salad sandwiches on home made bread, pasta salad, potato chips and dip, and for dessert Traci's boyfriend Ron made a delicious German Chocolate Cake.

We ran around and played catch with the girls, through sticks in the river and had a great time.
